PROFESSIONAL FMLA PAPERWORK COMPLETION

As a licensed mental health professional, I provide professional completion of FMLA paperwork to support clients in obtaining medical leave due to mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or burnout.

This service includes:

• Coordination with your healthcare provider or employer, as needed
