Refunds

Due to the nature of therapeutic services and the time set aside specifically for each client, all sessions are non-refundable. We encourage you to review all service details carefully prior to booking. If you have questions or need more information before scheduling, please feel free to reach out — we are happy to help you make an informed decision about your care.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. In order to respect the time and preparation that goes into each session, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to be flexible in emergency situations.
